Hello!

I am a photographer, interdisciplinary practitioner and visual artist working at the intersection of storytelling, health and community.

With over 14 years of commercial experience, I collaborate with brands, healthcare organisations and communities to create authentic visual narratives that challenge stigma, broaden representation and spark meaningful conversations. I believe in participatory shoot production and project, which are more than the final images and centre around collaboration and partnerships - resulting in uplifting, energy fuelled and human photographic experiences.

Alongside my photographic practice, I facilitate creative workshops and participatory projects exploring Female health, mental wellbeing, identity and belonging. I also founded #freethemenopause - a purpose led community whose mission it is to have UK based creative freelancers, included in the data & strategy for women’s heath within the workplace.

My work is rooted in the belief that creativity can be a powerful tool for connection, advocacy and positive social change.

I am based in Hampshire UK, however work throughout London, the UK and abroad.

#FREETHEMENOPAUSE

Hormones and Hustle - Menopausal experiences as a creative freelancer.

Welcome to the advocacy project for all of those going through Menopause or approaching it, working in the freelance creative industries.

This is a collective space for conversation, change and to fight for inclusion in menopausal & menstrual health research, data & policy in the workplace. Currently, those outside of traditional employment do not form part of any of this or, the UK Governments, newly updated women’s health strategy.

This is about connecting freelancers and artists with those who commision us, to reduce stigma, increase knowledge and stand together for change. .
