“I’d like to encourage others to be brave, to empower them through the strength of sharing each others stories & making the quiet spaces that exist between the lines, a little louder.”

Artist Bio:

My engagement with photography began as a means to express myself and explore the world around me and, now with over 14 years commercial experience I am more enthusiastic than ever to lean in to my firmly rooted belief of just how powerful storytelling can be.

I aim to create images and work on projects and campaigns that can be a catalyst for change, integrating my personal practice to create space for authentic narratives that passionately champion inclusivity, curiosity and courage.

Much of my work focusses on relationships and the tenderness, intimacy and love that is so beautifully experienced in the everyday moments of our lives and how we see ourselves and others.

Many of my recent projects are fuelled by a thirst for learning and creating an ongoing, trusted and safe space for those involved so that from production to final visuals; the experience is one of positivity and community. Working with brands in this way leads to an uplifting experience as a team and means that together there is a shared vision for creating something full of joy, authenticity and provocative!

I am currently undertaking a research based project underpinned by previous works that interrogate traditional dialogue around female health, our bodies, ideas of beauty and gender performance and, our sense of self. This informs my work continually and I hope that together with my community based initiatives, teaching and mentoring; that I might continue to participate in enthusiastic, impactful visual adventures.

For commission enquiries, collaborative projects, press or exhibiting or: if you’d like to ask about mentoring or any of the photographer / artist workshops I run, please don’t hesitate to get in touch on the email address below or by clicking here.
