In celebration of the solo exhibition held at Creative Health Camden between Jan and June 2026, I am releasing a limited edition set of feel good photographic postcards - aiming to spread positivity, self worth and body connection for us all.

Available in sets of five or seven, one for every day of the week; these postcards contain affirmations and words that encourage positive language around the female body and our experience of those.

Some of the writings are from my own wellbeing journal and some are imagined as I reflect on the work created for the exhibition and in participation with groups of individuals as we created together to reduce stigma and create space for inclusive, diverse female health conversations.

All images on the postcards are photographed by me and are part of my ongoing practice and folio of art prints. The photographs look beautiful on this lightly textured paper of the postcards which helps to bring out the textures and tones of the skin, as well as remaining made from recycled materials. Further adding to the stories these postcards will hold from their previous materials.

Furthermore, 100% of the price you pay goes directly toward investing in the wellbeing ofwomen. With 50% being used to progress the #freethemenopause initiative, bringing equal rights and fairness to the world of creative freelancers who currently remain completely overlooked with the UK movements health strategy in the workplace. The other 50% will be donated to Wellbeing of Women, who pioneer major advances in womens health - an area we know is chronically neglected and. underfunded.
